Present application has been filed by the acquiring body for getting the delay of 302 days condoned in filing first appeal. Learned Advocate for original claimant strongly opposes the application on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained. However, taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the delay stands condoned.
