The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had given applications for registration/permission to run the Child Care Homes as per the procedure of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, the same is not yet decided. 2.

In case the petitioners have given applications/proposals seeking permission/registration to run the Child Care Homes under the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 and Rules

W.P.5754-2021 thereunder and the same are in order, then the respondent/authority shall take decision upon it in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months.
