When the matter is called out, no one else appeared on behalf of the applicant-Acquiring Body. Mr.N.D.Kendre, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned AGP for respondents No.2 and 3 are present.

Record shows that the applicant-Acquiring Body has already deposited entire decreetal amount for compliance of order passed by this Court on 21.06.2019. It is also submitted that the respondent-claimant has also withdrawn some part of compensation amount from this Court.

In view of above, there is no propriety to keep the present application of stay alive on board for further process. Hence, application stands disposed of.
