PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioners submit that the Additional Commissioner, Nasik had directed the Collector, Dhule to make an enquiry with regard to the application of petitioners for regularization of encroachment. The Collector directed the Tahsildar to conduct an enquiry. The Tahsildar on 28.09.2017 submitted the report after conducting an enquiry to the Collector (Exhibit 'H', Page 42), but the Collector has not taken any decision upon it. 2.

We have heard learned A.G.P.

In case, such proposal is pending with the said Collector (Exhibit 'H', Page 42), then the District Collector, Dhule shall take appropriate decision on the said proposal in accordance with

(2) 93-wp-3608-2018 law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within

(06) six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
