The petitioner is said to be a handicapped person belonging to the Scheduled Caste category. He is performing agricultural activities in the writ land. He also has a house structure in CTS 773, Gut No.1117 of village Ralegan, Tq. and Dist. Ahmednagar.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2022, strictly in accordance with the law and the Policies/Government Resolutions that are applicable. We make it clear that respondent no.3 will not act de-hors the procedure.
