1. Learned counsel for applicant refers to that for quite sometime respondent could not be served though various applications were required to be made for effecting service. He further informs that respondent has been now duly served with notice of delay condonation application.

Despite service, none appears on behalf of respondent. 3.
Taking into account the reasons contained in civil application, I deem it appropriate to condone the delay, which is of only two days. Accordingly, delay is condoned.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and "C" and stands disposed of.
