Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 224 days, which appears to be caused due to his poor financial condition. The learned Counsel for respondent No.1 despite appearance, remained absent, whereas respondent No.2 Insurance Company, despite service, remained absent. 3.

Considering the statutory right of the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 224 days in this application stands condoned subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary,

(2) 920 CA-1373.2022.odt Bench at Aurangabad and also subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
