DATED : 13th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Mr.Salgare, learned counsel submits that the petitioners have given representation, however, the representation is not decided. The learned Additional Govt.Pleader Mr.K.G.Patil states that no orders are passed in any petition filed by the petitioners. According to Mr.Salgare, learned counsel the petitioners are similarly situated persons as such, the said judgment would be applicable to the petitioners also.

cp140,142-15 -22] The jurisdiction of contempt has to be strictly construed. No petition is filed in which directions are issued. In light of that, present Contempt Petitions would not be tenable, however, petitioners are at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings for redressal of their grievances.
