The learned Counsel Mr. G. B. Rajale submits that he is now appearing in F. A. No.3918/2017 in place of Mr. S. G. Karlekar, advocate. As such, appearance of Mr. Karlekar stands discharged.

{2} fa3918.17.odt The learned Counsel for the appellants, in both the appeals, submits that these appeals are covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/Pra.Kra. 41/Part1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016, with Government Corrigendums dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018 and, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw both the appeals.

In view of the same, both these appeals are disposed of as withdrawn along with pending Civil Applications, if any. The Court fees be refunded to the appellants as per Rules.

It appears that the respondents-claimants, in both these appeals, have already withdrawn 60% amount of compensation out of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the acquiring body. Now, the remaining 40% amount along with accrued interest thereon till date be paid to the respondents-claimants. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE adb
