Learned counsel for the appellant tenders on record a pursis along with compromise decree passed in R.C.S. No. 468 of 2024. Both the learned counsels are ad-idem that matter is settled between the parties.

The pursis is taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X'. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present second appeal.
