For the reasons disclosed in the application, application stands allowed. Delay of 786 days caused in preferring present revision stands condoned.

After hearing for some time, it is noticed that the revision is not maintainable.

In view thereof, Mr Gundre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant makes a motion for permission to convert present revision into an appeal. Motion granted. Appropriate steps be taken within a period of four weeks from today.
