Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant draws our attention to the order dated 17.01.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.2704 of 2021 by which, the application for suspension of sentence was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for expeditious hearing of the appeal. 2.

In view of the above order, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that he does not press the application and the appeal may be listed for final hearing.
