Learned Advocate Mr. Malte for the appellant/ Insurance Company alongwith representative officer of the Insurance Company, are present before the Panel today. He seeks leave to withdraw the first appeal in view of written instructions. The same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X.

The appellant/Insurance Company undertakes to deposit an amount before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Majalgaon within three weeks from today. The same shall be treated as an Undertaking.

On depositing the amount, the respondents/claimants shall be disbursed the amount with accrued interest.
