This is an Application for setting aside the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Writ Petition on 25th April 2011.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the Application, the Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar refusing registration of the Petition is quashed and set aside and Writ Petition St. No.34907 of 2010 is restored to its original position. The delay of 318 days caused in filing present Application stands condoned.

The Applicants shall remove office objections within four weeks from today.

In the event of failure of Applicants to remove office objections within the period stipulated as above, the order passed in the instant Application shall stand recalled.
