Mr. Jayant R. Patil, Advocate for the Applicants ....

CORAM : MANGESH S. PATIL, J.

DATE : 20 JULY 2022 PER COURT:- By this petition, the petitioner is seeking transfer of a divorce proceeding initiated by the respondent No.1 and the suit filed by the respondent No.2 father-in-law.

The father-in-law has been served, but the husband could not be.

The civil application is disposed of.
