The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2018. The vigilance is conducted, the petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report, the committee be directed to decide it within a month. The petitioner is required to appear for NEET-PG 2021 to be conducted on 18.04.2021.

Mr. Lakhotiya, learned A.G.P., on instructions of respondent no. 2 submits that the matter was placed for hearing in the year-2019. The petitioner remained absent. Now, the matter is

2 wp 5698.2021 placed for hearing on 08.04.2021 before respondent no. 2.

On one hand the petitioner remained absent and on the other hand seeking expeditious disposal.

The petitioner shall remain present before the committee on 08.04.2021 and advance the arguments. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding after hearing within one (01) month.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
