Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner challenges the order dated 03.08.2022 passed by the learned District Collector, Nanded, in File No.2021/GB/DESK-1/GRAPANI/APPEAL-197 (Exh.E) which came to be confirmed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, by his order dated 13.12.2022 in File No./Gra.Pa./Appeal/Cell/CR-111/2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that hardly a period of one (1) month of the term of the Gram Panchayat remained. 4.

In view thereof, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
