The applicants seek to withdraw an amount deposited by the respondent-acquiring body on the ground of parity. Few orders permitting those claimants to receive 50% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 50% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security, is placed on record. The land acquired in the present case is for the self-same project and covered by the same notification. On the ground of parity the applicants are also entitled to receive the amount. 3.

The Civil Applications are partly allowed permitting the applicants to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 1/2
