1] Heard. For the reasons stated in Criminal Application No.969/2025 for assisting to the P.P., the same is allowed. Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. 2] Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for assist to P.P.

3] After arguing the matter for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw

the present application in respect of applicant no.1- Najib Khan Usman Khan.

4] Leave granted. The Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of applicant no.1 - Najib Khan Usman Khan.

5] The applicant no. 2 - Khizar Khan Mehboob Khan is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.32/2025, registered with Police Station Peth Beed, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 119 (1), 3 (5), 352 of B.N.S.

6] The allegation against applicant no.2 is that he has assaulted the informant by fist and blows and there are no corresponding injuries attributable to the applicant no.2. Considering this aspect of the matter, the applicant no.2 - Khizar Khan Mehboob Khan is granted anticipatory bail in the following terms :

i] In the event the applicant no. 2 is arrested in connection with Crime No.32/2025, registered with Police Station Peth Beed, District Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 115 (2), 118 (1), 119 (1), 3 (5), 352 of B.N.S., he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

ii] The applicant no. 2 shall attend the police station on 18.03.2025 and 19.03.2025 between 10.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. and thereafter as and when required by the investigating officer.

iii] The applicant no.2 shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iv] The applicant no. 2 shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

7] In the event, the applicant no.2 violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

9] The application stands disposed of.
