Mr. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that on 24-06-2016 respondents - authorities have deposited the amount of Rs.1,05,94,052/- (Rupees One Crore Five Lakhs Ninty Four thousand and Fifty Two only), as per order dated 21-08-2015 in writ petition no. 7288 of 2015 of this court in the Reference Court. 2.

In view of the above, in case there are no prohibitory orders the petitioners are entitled to receive the amount. In case the petitioners are aggrieved by deduction of income tax, they may take appropriate proceeding as may be permissible in law.
