PER COURT:- 1.
The applicant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.1 crore under order dated 20.02.2020. 2.
It is submitted that, Rs.50 lakhs is deposited by the applicant within time frame as directed by the Court. However, applicant did not deposit the remaining amount of Rs.50 lakhs.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, out of remaining amount of Rs.50 lakhs, the applicant has deposited Rs.8 lakhs and today the applicant has a Demand Draft of Rs.25 lakhs ready with him and he can deposit the said amount today itself and seeks further time to deposit remaining amount of Rs.17 lakhs.

Considering the bonafide shown by depositing some amount, we pass the following order:
ORDER
A.
The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.25 lakhs by tomorrow.
B.
Time to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.17 lakhs is extended upto 31.03.20222. The applicant may deposit the remaining amount of Rs.17 lakhs directly with the Bank, which the Bank may consider it in the loan account of the applicant.

Mr. Thombre, learned counsel submits that, the Demand Draft of Rs.25 lakhs is in the name of the Registrar of the High Court. He be allowed to deposit the said amount in the Court.

The petitioner may deposit the amount of Rs.25 lakhs in the Court. The non-applicant-Bank is entitled to withdraw the said amount.

Civil Application is disposed of.
