PER COURT :- The learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State has tendered across bar the copy of the additional affidavit on behalf of Respondent No.1. The same is taken on record. The para 6 of the said additional affidavit reads thus :- "6.

I say and submit that, as per the communication dated 2/5/2016, all the remaining 51 local authorities i.e. 10 municipal councils and 41 Nagar Panchayats as shown in Exhibit `R-1'

above, have also opened the accounts as per Section 124-J of the said Act.

Hence all the Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats have opened the bank accounts as per Section 124-J of the said Act. I say and submit that, the Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayat and Municipal Corporations have been also directed to credit the amounts or funds received as per Section 124-J of the said Act."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing this PIL is served, however, the Respondents may be directed to ensure that the amount, which will be credited in the accounts, as stated in para 6, should be strictly utilized for the purpose for which the same has been credited.

In view of statement made in para 6 of the additional affidavit, the purpose of filing this PIL is served. However, the Respondents authorities shall ensure that the amount, which will be credited in the accounts namely "Development Funds Account" shall be strictly utilized for the purpose for which the same is credited in the said accounts.

The P.I.L. stands disposed of in the above terms.
