The Respondent No.2 - acquiring body, despite service, failed to appear. The application is for condonation of delay of 1958 days, which is caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicants. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 1958 days stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicants-claimants shall not claim any interest for the said period of delay.
