Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this successive application, the applicant seeks bail on parity in Crime No.14 of 2019 registered with MIDC Police

ba-402.24 Station, Latur for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

This Court granted bail to co-accused whose role is identical to the role attributed to the applicant. Therefore, the applicant deserves parity. Hence the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

i) Bail Application stands allowed.

ii) The applicant - Sachin S/o Gopal Sathe, be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime, on the condition that:- (a) The applicant shall not enter the village Khadgaon, till the conclusion of the trial.

(b) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
