The applicant seeks to condone delay of 200 days caused in filing the cross objection in First Appeal No. 1830 of 2024. Perused the reasons stated in the application. Apparently, delay is caused on account of financial crisis of the applicant and collecting necessary documents. IN that view of the matter, a case is made out to condone the delay.
