In view of above, cause for filing present criminal application has been rendered infructuous. The criminal application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.

The applicants are at liberty to file application under the provisions of Section 256 of Cr.P.C. before the trial court. The points raised in this criminal application are also kept open and the applicants are at liberty to raise those points, if such occasion arises, before the trial court.
