The petitioners are seeking incentive for having worked in the tribal/difficult area.

Issue notice. The learned AGP waives service for all respondents.

It is a matter of grant of some special pay allowance for having worked in the tribal/difficult areas, according to the policy of the State Government.

In light of similar orders being passed by several division benches, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to 1/2

920 WP NO. 5964 OF 2025 consider the case of each of these petitioners, individually in accordance with the policy for grant of pay increment/allowance, as per the Government Resolution dated 06.08.2002, 09.11.2005 and in light of the order passed by the division bench at Nagpur in writ petition No. 3950 of 2024, dated 12.09.2024.
