We have heard Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Bagul, learned counsel for the respondent submits that subsequent to the order impugned in the present writ petition, the respondent has issued a letter to the petitioner on 15.06.2021 directing the petitioner to submit certain documents so that the proposal can be forwarded to the higher office. The copy of the said communication is also given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said letter

2 82-wp 5711-2021.odt is not received by the petitioner. However, as the copy has already been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel may forward the copy to the petitioner so as to submit the documents as sought under the said letter to the respondent. 4.

Upon receipt of the documents from the petitioner, the respondent may process it and forward as per its procedure and take decision on its own merits.

Needless to state that, subsequently the respondent shall process the application of the petitioner. The order impugned in the present petition may not be an impediment to process further claim. 6.
