Leave to correct the title clause of the petition with regard to respondent no.2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners were issued Tribe Certificate of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, however, the name of the said tribe is incorrectly spelled in the certificate. The petitioners

It appears that due to misconception, respondent no.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer has passed the impugned order. The name of the tribe in the Tribe Certificate issued to the petitioners, has to be spelled correctly.

In view of the above, respondent no.2 shall issue a correct Tribe Certificate i.e. with correct spelling of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, to the petitioners, expeditiously and preferably, within eight days.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
