PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, the proposal will be submitted with Respondent No.2 by 10th April, 2015. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 submits that, within two weeks from today on condition that, the petitioner submits the proposal by 10th April, 2015, the same will be forwarded with favourable recommendation to Respondent No.1 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar.

We direct Respondent No.1, upon receiving such proposal, he should take decision thereon within two weeks from receiving such proposal from Respondent No.2. 3.

Petition stands disposed of. The learned Additional Government Pleader assures this Court that, his office will communicate the today's order to Respondent No.1 by fastest mode of communication.
