Present petition has been filed for directions to the respondent no.2 to decide application of the petitioner for caste certificate. Said application was given on 18.12.2023. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for both respondents and, on instructions, makes a statement that some queries have been raised, which have not been replied by the petitioner. If the petitioner replies the same, application of the petitioner can be decided within three weeks.

In view of the said statement, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.2 on Monday i.e. 15 th of April, 2024. Respondent no.2 to give the queries in writing to the petitioner on that day. The petitioner to satisfy the said queries as early as possible within a period of one week and thereafter, the respondent no.2 to decide the said application within a

wp 3581.24.odt period of three (3) weeks after the explanation is submitted by the petitioner.

In view of these directions, writ petition stands disposed off.
