This Court vide order dated 21.10.2013, had already directed the Committee to decide the validation proceedings within one year. It was also directed that the admission and the on going education of the petitioner shall not be prejudiced or disturbed.
Inspite of that, the result of the petitioner's second year MBBS examination is withheld.
6.
The order dated 21.10.2013 in Writ Petition bearing No.5186/2013 is explicitly clear. It is submitted that validation proceedings are still pending. In light of that, the Respondents could not have withheld the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending. 7.
Till the validation proceedings are decided, the Respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination nor shall refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.
