Learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that the applications of the petitioners are not traceable in the office of the Sub Divisional Officer.

MR Jadhav, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the Sub Divisional Officer was not accepting the applications in person. As such, the same were sent by R.P.A.D.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions submits that Sub Divisional Officer would accept the applications from the petitioners. 4.

The petitioners shall file fresh applications. The petitioners shall get fresh attested copy from the Scrutiny Committee of the tribe certificates submitted by the petitioners along with proposal by making applications. Upon receipt of the applications, the Committee shall immediately issue the attested tribe certificates to the petitioners after verification from its record. On receipt of the attested tribe certificates, the petitioners shall file fresh application with the Sub Divisional Officer. The Sub Divisional Officer shall thereafter issue tribe certificates to the petitioners within three weeks from the date of receipt of applications.

With these directions, Contempt Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
