Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time. Seen the order made by this Court in Writ Petition No.9860/2012 decided with group of petitions on 06.12.2012. In view of the specific directions given by this Court at para No.4 of the said decision, nothing survives in the present proceedings. Learned A.G.P. has also produced on record a new Scheme of the Government which could be found taken place in G.R. dated 14th July 2017. It is taken on record.
