Heard learned Counsel for appearing parties. Learned Sr. Counsel states that the Municipal Council is amenable to consider the representation if submitted in accordance with rules and regulations as prescribed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well submits that he would file proper representation as required and referred to in affidavit-in-reply filed by the Municipal Council for decision by the Municipal Council. In the circumstances, the petitioner to file proper representation in accordance with prescription of rules and regulations as suggested by the Municipal Council in the affidavit-inreply, within a period of four weeks. If the proposal is submitted within prescribed period, same be processed by the Municipal Council in accordance with law. Till such time, interim relief as operating to continue.
