We have heard learned counsel for the parties and are satisfied with the explanation rendered in the Civil Application for condonation of delay of 234 days. Delay is sufficiently explained. For the reasons recorded in Civil Application, delay of 234 days in filing the First Appeal is condoned. 3) Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B). No order as to costs.
