1] Heard learned counsel for the applicants.
2] The applicants - appellants have moved these applications seeking stay to the impugned judgments and awards passed by the Reference Court.
3] Learned counsel submits that the appellants have good
CA 4062/2020 in FAST 7128/20 and others - 2 - case to succeed in appeals and urged to stay implementation of the awards. On instructions, learned counsel makes the statement that the amount in terms of awards shall be deposited within two weeks. 4] Considering the cause assigned and willingness shown to deposit the amount in terms of awards, I am inclined to allow the applications. Accordingly, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause [B] in respective applications subject to deposit of amount in terms of awards within two weeks. The amount be deposited in this Court. On failure to deposit the amount within two weeks, the order granting stay shall stand recalled without reference to Court.
