The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has given application for mutating his name in respect of the house. Mr Reddy appears for the Municipal Council and states that Municipal Council would decide it on its own merits.

In view of that the respondent 3 - Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Udgir shall decide the application/representation of the petitioner (Page 51) expeditiously, preferably within six months. 3.
