The first appeal came to be dismissed by the judgment and order dated 19-05-2020. It is submitted that the insurer had deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon in this court. The applicants/original claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in accordance with the judgment and award dated 21-08-2009 passed by the tribunal in MACP No.28/2020.
