1] Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

2] Following is the prayer clause (C) in this petition. " (C) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 15.1.2015 bearing Outward No. AG/26/2015 passed by the respondent no.1."

3] Seen the impugned order made by the Advocate General rejecting the application/representation filed by the petitioner. 4] Upon perusal of the statement of the cases filed by the petitioner in this petition numbering 23, we are satisfied that the order made by the Advocate General does not suffer from any infirmity. Perusal of the statement of cases from Sr. Nos. 1 to 23 shows no habitual attitude of respondent no.2 as claimed by the petitioner, on the contrary respondent no.2 is facing the cases at the behest of the State or others including the present petitioner.
