The applicants/appellants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 Ramnath Vithoba Lipane, who admittedly died on 12.11.2016, by condoning the delay of 25 days. Though the

(2) 918- CA-3754-2017.odt application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), subject to cost of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

Amendment be carried out within stipulated period, after deposit of cost.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
