Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent no.3 - Education Officer to decide the

2 11-wp3360.odt proposal for approval to the appointment of the petitioner as 'Shikshan Sevak'.

It appears that though the said proposal was submitted to respondent no.3 on 28.08.2015, yet the decision is not taken on the proposal.

In the circumstances, we direct respondent no.3 to take a decision on the said proposal in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision to the respondent - Management.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

6.

The parties to act on authenticated copies of this order.
