This is an Application for condonation of 2851 days' delay caused in preferring the First Appeal by the Original Claimant. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application which prevented the Applicant to approach this Court within the stipulated time. He submits that the Applicant is ready to waive interest and statutory benefit for the said delayed period. He submits that the Application be allowed. 3.

Learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 opposes the Application.

On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos. 1 and 2 of the Application, the Application is allowed in SG Punde
