For the reasons contained in the application, which appear to be personal in nature, though the learned Assistant Government Pleader resisted it, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2500/- (Rs. two thousand five hundred only) to be paid to respondent No.5, if the notice is issued in writ petition. 2.

Objections to be removed within a period of two weeks from today.
