The present application is filed seeking directions to declare the result of the 3rd (2nd) M.B.B.S. course and to allow to complete internship.

The caste claim of the applicant is invalidated.

The respondents may not withhold the result of the applicant's examination only on the ground that the caste claim is invalidated. In case the applicant is otherwise eligible, then the

2 ca 2686.20 applicant shall not be refrained from prosecuting internship. The internship completion certificate shall not be issued until further orders of this Court.
