The learned counsel for the appellant and the respondents submits that, the valuation of the suit is Rs.7,99,927/- (Rs. Seven Lacs Ninetynine Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Seven Only). Even as on today, the jurisdiction of the District Court to entertain the appeals is up to Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lacs).

In light of that, matter would go before the concerned District Court, Ahmednagar.

In light of that, matter stands transferred to the District Court, Ahmednagar. Record and Proceedings be transmitted to the concerned District Court immediately.
