This application is for restoration of the petition which came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections. 2.

Tough there seems delay of 562 days however, having regard to the reasons mentioned for condonation thereof, this Court finds that the delay deserves to be condoned. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that if delay is condoned and petition is restored, the petitioner will not seek any monetary benefits to the extent of period of delay.

In view of this, civil application is allowed. Notice to respondent stands dispensed with for the reason that the petition was dismissed even before issuing notice to respondent. 5.

Petitioner undertakes to remove office objections within a period of four weeks. If objections are not removed within stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
