Respondent No. 1 - Deputy Collector/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Jalgaon has filed reply stating that the case of the petitioner was examined in the light of Government Resolution dated 01.12.1972 as modified by Government Resolution dated 02.04.1979. 2.

It was found that possession of the acquired land is not taken by the Acquiring Body prior to the issuance of Section 4 notification and therefore, petitioner is not entitled to rental compensation as claimed by him.

In view of the same, we do not find any contempt of our orders as alleged by the petitioners. Contempt Petition is, therefore, disposed of.
