ORDER :

The application is filed for permission to amend the prayer clause and other contents of Criminal Application No. 5050/2014. In the past, the proceeding was filed for quashing of F.I.R. The applicants now wants to get the relief of quashing of the case itself after filing of the chargehseet. 2.

In view of this circumstance, the application is allowed. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that today he is supplying copy of chargesheet to learned counsel for original complainant and the learned APP. The matter will be heard on 7.4.2015.
