ORAL ORDER :- By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Jintur, dated 26 April 2017 taking certain objection to the report of the Court Commissioner. Te learned civil judge has observed that the grievance of the petitioner that the report is not correct and contrary to the factual position, cannot be considered at this stage. Learned Civil Judge has kept the contention of the petitioner open stating that the petitioner has an opportunity to call the Court Commission as witness and examine the Court Commissioner. In view of this, since the petitioner is not prejudiced and his contentions are kept open by the learned Judge, it is not necessary to interfere with the impugned order.
